We have Different charges for delivery, according to different areas of UK. This has been mentioned below.

Please note, that we would contact the customer; if incorrect delivery zone has been selected by them, and the item would only be dispatched once, we receive the correct delivery charges. 

Goods prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a confirmation. All sales will have a different charge for delivery this will be stated in the deals, or at the time of check out. P&P will not be free for any item unless advertised otherwise.

All of our National orders are delivered by ONE MAN (unless a two man service has been specified and paid for when required), to the first accessible ground floor door of the premises. The driver will not take items up steps to get to this door and are not insured to take any items into your property.

If you live within our Local Delivery area (Newcastle upon-tyne, Northumberland and Durham)We deliver most goods to these areas using our own vehicles and our dedicated dispatch team. A driver and drivers mate will take the items to the room of choice. Please ensure that any breakables are stored away. We also offer a disposal service in these areas which must be booked and paid for when placing the order.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access to deliver the product into you home and into your chosen location. You should consider vehicle access, lifts and tight stairs etc. If windows or doors need to be removed in order for access to be gained it is your responsibility to arrange this at your cost and risk.

All items have been marked with a approximate delivery time, but remember this is a approximate time and can vary,  however if a item does not show a delivery time then please contact us regarding availability and delivery time.  We will endeavor to meet any date agreed for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.

Please make sure that the e-mail address, is typed correctly at the time of order, as this will be used to send out a pre-alert e-mail from our courier partners and we would not take any responsibility if you do not receive one, because wrong e-mail address has been provided to us. 

All deliveries must to be signed for on receipt. Before signing for delivery, please inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and your consignment has not been damaged in any way during the delivery process. If necessary, please make sure you detail any problems on the delivery note. When your goods are delivered please retain the original packaging until you are sure that you do not need to return the goods for any reason.

For items, that are delivered free of charge (meaning that the delivery charges are included in the purchase price of your item), we retain the right to refund the less amount then what you originally paid.

If the customer decides to cancel their order after we have dispatched for delivery, but have been unable to due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, floods or acts of god), the return delivery charge will be with the customer at £25 per item (0-0.25CBM) or £50 per item (0.26CBM+); see return charges.
